Hi Andy. You can move things in after 24 hours and park on it in as little as 36 hours. Four days is more than plenty.

Sorry, one more question. How long should I wait to park vehicles on the polyurea? I am planning on the Nohr-S and was going to allow 4 full days before parking a vehicle or placing any boxes during move in.

Hi Andy. Yes, the single-part polyurea works great with a dye. No epoxy primer coat is needed as it will penetrate the concrete well if it's been etched prior. One coat is sufficient. However, for a slightly deeper look and longer wear, you can go with two coats. The nice thing about a good clear coat is that you can always clean, sand, and refinish to make it look brand new years later.

I am thinking about a water based penetrating dye like color mist and then top coating with one of the single part polyurea products. I plan to etch before the dye. Can I use any of the water based dyes? Do I need a primer before applying the poylurea? How many coats or polyurea? This is a residential garage. Thanks!
