Hi Taylor and great question! Yes, many polyurethanes still do not bond well to bare concrete. However, newer formulations have come about since we first wrote this article over 9 years ago. The ones you mention are newer single-part tinted polyurethanes that are moisture cured. They are not intended for coverage over or under epoxy. They have been developed and designed to work on their own or as a system together. They are not intended to bond chemically to epoxy. However, as with most coating, if you rough up the epoxy surface after 24 hours, you can apply them to the epoxy.]]></description>
