Hi Richard. Wax will reduce the effectiveness of the anti-slip media. However, you can find some waxes with anti-slip properties which may balance out the overall effect.

Hi Marcia. You would need to do the entire floor. Coatings do not blend like paint on a wall when you do touch-ups. There will be obvious overlap marks and the glossy shine will be greater than the rest of the floor. Before you do that though, try buffing the area with some denatured alcohol on a microfiber towel. It may be residue from the Simple Green that has dulled the finish.

Hi, I have epoxy on my garage floors and we had some tire marks that wanted to get rid of. Unfortunately we used simple green concentrate cleaner but did not dilute it. It got rid of the tire marks but now the floor looks dull or discolored. You mention that I can put a new clear coat to it and that I need to sand it first. Do I need to do this to the entire floor or just the dull area? Thank you in advance!
