Hi James. There is no comparison between Nohr-S polyurea and the inexpensive coatings that you can buy at your local home improvement center. This is a commercial quality coating system that will last 10-15 years before you may need to add a new coat. Rust-Oleum brand coatings and the others you can buy locally usually peel or wear out in 3 - 5 years.]]></description>
