Hi Shea,
Thank your for your response.
Yes I did contact Swisstax and they did replace the tile, but that is not really what my comment was about. Swisstrax claims the tiles will support an automotive jack and the tile is rated to 5120psi. Although the psi rating is obviously bogus (as my concrete floor is 3200psi), I believe that the old tile design probably could support a floor jack. The new tiles however, have significantly less support and are a vastly inferiour product. I feel it would be benificial to your followers to do an updated comparison between Swisstrax and Racedeck. (I originally meant my comment to be attached to your "Racedeck or Swisstrax" review, but accidentally linked it to this article)

Hello Glen and thanks for your input. Have you contacted SwissTrax yet? I would not be surprised if they gladly replace the damaged tiles. Something to keep in mind with any interlocking tile is the actual contact patch of any weight bearing item. Because steel wheels are round, the actual surface area of the contact patch is extremely small and narrow. For example, a small 1/2" square flat contact patch will bear significantly more weight that the surface area of a jack wheel. A small piece of plywood under jack wheels makes all the difference.

No offense to the author of this review, but it is no longer valid. Unfortunately, I used this review to help me decide whether to use Swisstrax or Racedeck. I just purchased and installed Swisstrax Diamondtrax. The new (larger) tiles are far inferior to the old ones. The tiles would not support my motorcycle on it's jack. 700lbs distributed on four wheels crushed the tile. Swisstax reduced the number of support ribs per square foot and the ribs that are there have had 50% of the material removed. It also appears the new ribs are thinner. With the old tiles (almost) the entire length of each support rib made contact with the floor. With the new tiles, only 50% of the rib contacts the floor. By my estimation, they have reduced the amount of support by 70%!
The tiles would be ok if you're just parking a vehicle on them, but they won't even support a motorcyle jack, let alone a vehicle jack.
